Rug was initially sold out when I ordered it but I only waited a few days for it to arrive and I was kept updated throughout.
The colour is perfect and actually is dark grey.
The pile is so thick and super soft you literally sink into it which is what I wanted.
This rug really suits its name . . . I would highly recommend both the rug and Rugs Direct.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
Very well organised, the staff were helpful and friendly even the ones being frozen on the car park were still smiling.
Facilities provided covered everything you needed.
As soon as we boarded the Polar Express the adventure begun and we were kept entertained every second we were on board.
