Issue with delivery. Slaters staff good, though.
Paid for express delivery but the shoes seemed to shuttle between the Dundee and Edinburgh DPD depots. Eventually phoned customer service and arranged to cancel the on line order and travelled to Edinburgh to pick up shoes that had been set aside. Cost of express delivery was refunded.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we flagged this up to our DPD account manager to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
