Review of t.i.m. UK Motors

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great Customer Service from Gabriella and t.i.m UK Motors

Gabriella was great from the very first phone call contact with t.i.m. Very helpful. As I was buying from distance; she did a detailed video and photo walk-around of the car. Provided additional information that I needed. When I went to pick up the car, it was very well presented. Washed and valetted. Gabriella took care of all the exhange of documents and vehicle tax. Had a detailed run through of all the cars features and how to work everything. We took it for a drive around the area to make sure I was ok with the cars operation. Great service from Gabriella and t.i.m UK Motors and good coffee as well

Bad Customer Service for existing customers

I have been a customer for 2yrs. My current contract is due to end in Jan 2024. As an existing customer I recd a txt saying I could renew for just £45 for M250 Bundle. That is £10 more than currently paying. The online price is just £31.99. Customer Service retentions say that is for new customers only. Why does Virgin not value existing customers and make sure they hold on to them. To add to the insult, the non uk customer service said they could not trace the txt that they sent just 15min earlier saying I could renew for £45 and that the best offer was £47. So it went up by £2 in 15mins. Is there no UK dept to call to get some proper customer service. Definitely going to be looking at alternative providers
