Shocking service
Shocking service. Purchased a pull-down clothes rail. They sent completely the wrong parts to fit. Raised a case which took Shein 3 weeks to answer, they then closed this case without even resolving it. Opened up another case and haven't heard from Shein in 4 weeks. Stay well away!!!
To summarise Shein, just look at all the automated same replies to every complaint in this thread!!
