Excellent communication from the guys about delivery time. Had a call 30 mins before arrival. Taitt and Temesgen were very polite and courteous and carefully carried the boxes into the kitchen for me. Very good service. Will definitely use this company again.

When I am looking to use a service I don't know personally or a recommendation, I always look at the Trustpilot rating and reviews. So far, I've never been disappointed with the service provided.

For my Mum's funeral, I wanted a special dress with an animal print. At short notice I asked if there was any possibility of having the Ivy dress made up in a suitable fabric. Amazingly, Lucy sourced some fabric, ordered it, made the dress up, which she made a little shorter for me, and had it sent special delivery so I received it the day before the funeral. I ordered the dress on 12 September and it was delivered 23rd September and all for the same cost of the standard Ivy dress. It has a beautiful drape, washes well and looks fantastic. I can't thank them or praise them enough. I officiated the funeral and needed to feel confident and this special dress really helped. My Mum was a massive fan of animal prints and I know she was looking down with a big smile on her face. You rarely get this sort of service, and if you do, you are charged a fortune. A reason to be proud to buy British products and support our local industries. Thank you for making the day extra special.

Ordered a double wardrobe and large mirror. Great communication about delivery. 2 lovely, young men made the delivery, well within the time slot, very polite and very helpful. Very efficieny service. Haven't assembled the wardrobe yet but pleased with what I see of the carved doors.

All the staff at Veincentre in Cambridge from the receptionist to the nurse and consultant are very welcoming, friendly and professional and put you at ease straight away. John Bailey was the probate consultant who talked me through the probate process which was very helpful and less painful than I expected. I felt confident in his knowledge and did not feel any pressure to take up the service. He was patient whilst I rifled through my various documents and summarised everything at the end and then talked me through the online paperwork and told me how to contact him if necessary. Very helpful at this time of stress. I hope everything goes as smoothly from now on.
