Mum has been with McCarthy & Stone for just over a month, and the professionalism and genuine passion shown by everyone has been an absolute blessing. The care and kindness extended to Mum have been wonderful, but what’s truly remarkable is the support the team has also given me during an incredibly difficult time. Their empathy, patience, and dedication go far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a job. The people here are a true credit to the business, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Not one for writing these things normally but given how good Nucleus have been it warrants it. Having been messed around elsewhere we were able to close a good deal in just a couple of working days. Went in this morning and found Joe extremely helpful in terms of explaining the thermal capacity of different coats. Great service and a very good bargain aquired.

Booked a visit on Saturday and my late morning on Monday the engineer had visited the property. Moreover seeing as there was nothing to repair he was on his way after checking the boiler over. Point being a more unscrupulous type could have charged for something that didn’t need replacing. All in all a very good service.
