Easy to order & helpful delivery

Easy to order & clear delivery commitments. It was easy to find out which type of firewood I wanted to buy as you can compare the energy unit per wood type. Also, the delivery truck remembered where I preferred to have the pallet delivered. They can only unload the pallet to the front of the house so I wanted it close to where I carried it inside. Small thing but it makes a big difference for when I have to unload the wood from the pallet to the house.
