Great experience to onboard. Very informative and upfront. Looking forward to working with them.

the therapist is great, however I do not necessary feel I have been given enough tools to support my recovery.

She is good at listening and tries to empathise, but I often feel I am going over the same things.

I believe she empathises and tries to appreciate what I am going through but cannot really understand it, or the feeling not being of the same ethnicity. However is very understanding.

I feel as though I would benefit from further talking therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy from someone of a BAME background who will have more appreciation of the strong feelings and emotions and impact of racist behaviour puts someone like us through.

Being setup new therapist that is bame and feel this will be more helpful. Waiting for appointment. Will re review after next set of sessions.
