Delivery staff were excellent -helpful

Delivery staff were excellent -helpful, organised, and on-time.

One small issue upon ordering x3 items, which was thankfully resolved promptly. My basket flagged one or more item out of stock and delivery 2-3 weeks as a result. So,I chatted online and requested the 2 items in stock be delivered next day as specified on website, and to split the order which they agreed to do, otherwise I would be cancelling the full order. I would advise updating the systems website, so customer's can clearly see which item's are not available for next day free delivery to then decide to shop, if there is a wait to avoid disappointment, negative reviews and time used getting in touch.
I'm just waiting for the last item of my order, will update review once it arrives.

Had my things for 3 working days

Not arrived, but do I actually want my things when the last parcel you kept for a week-everything inside arrived broken.... same old story with Evri. Worst service, broken, late, tracking system fails, avoid, waste of money, late, waste of time, poor support next to nothing if you manage to get past the bots. What a shoddy company. Should go back into bankruptcy, again but for good this time.

Had my parcel 5 days

Poor customer service. Lied to repeatedly, when you finally get a response. Still no show of my items they've had possession of for nearly a week. Terrible all rounder.

Stolen parcels

Poor customer service.
Never respond to complaints everytime parcels are left on the street and stolen. Caused me so many problems. Absolutely hate this company. They never folow simple instructions to hand parcel over to me only and the tracking system is never upto date. Always late out of hours/days or tells me on its way at last minute

Useless support as per usual

1) Useless support as per usual. Deleted listings claiming are duplicates, when they wasn't. One attempt to contact support, then support is blocked 🚫 🙄
2) Forcing terrible automatic postage companies, sellers & buyers both getting screwed over woth no choice of preference.
3) The paying to spotlight wardrobe or bump items is a con, Vinted are scamming you. DO NOT EVER PAY for this service just to fill their fat pockets.

Fed up of my parcels being left in an…

Fed up of my parcels being left in an unsafe place and then stolen, too lazy to hand over directly or redeliver. Fed up of requesting the driver do their job properly. It isn't acceptable just because living in a communal building.

Vinted stole my money

I sold an item.
Purchsed the label through Vinted.
Dropped at Post Office, obtained proof of postage.
Fell really ill suddenly. Wasn't able ro upload the proof of postage. Unfortunately had a buyer that didn't understand to click arrived.
Vinted then cancel the listing. Have a very strange system in place that you relist the item and the buyer has to "honestly" click arrived, but they didn't and time was of the essence because yet again Vinted give the buyer a limited time to click the item arrived.
The item/postage sent for nothing and was expensive too.

Anyway the cherry on top was the automated 1 star feedback.

I argued this many times and send all the evidence/proof, Vinted did naff all. They stole money and since I paid to advertise other items listed to gain followers wondering why I wasn't getting sales and dramatically reduced prices such as coat worth 50 quid for 5 and still nothing... they are complete scruffs.
