deliberately false description

booked what a family thought would be a great chalet for a skiing holiday in France (property ref #1537064). All was well until we found out via the host that the three optional extras no longer exist, and haven't since covid in 2021 but still advertised. No optioal breakfast delivered and crucially no private shuttle to the slopes over 2km away.
a later conversation revealed that the still advertised hot tub has never existed!!!!
I've cancelledd the holiday today and am now awaiting the full refund
I'll keep you posted.

2nd car discount con or incompetence

I got a quote via compare the market and accepted it without the slightest problem (5 stars for that). Unfortunately when I tried to get a multicar quoyte for my wifes car the system crashed twice and I was eventually requested to phone them. The girl who answered retrieved the quote after a long delay but then advised me quite wrongly that the £50 discount had already been applied at that point I gave up and may try to cancel the main car as I can't add a second car.
