The Best $149 I Ever Spent
Amber M. was amazing. She was competent and capable and asked me for feedback on the jobs I was interested in. She also asked me to send her job ads I had applied for. I sent her four. This was really smart because it guided her in creating the "buzzwords" for the healthcare field and showed her what the job ads were looking for.
I thought my resume was really exceptional. Once I got my revised resume back from Amber, I was AMAZED!!! There was no comparison with my old resume and the new resume. The objects I noticed the most were the "buzzwords." My old resume had no "buzzwords." Amber's revised resume was chock full of "buzzwords." They were very descriptive adjectives that described a basic talent. Words used were illustrative, picturesque, and expressive. Just for example, "Revitalized engagement and academic performance of students who lacked motivation for school," or "Adept in office management supervision, and foremanship in fast-paced healthcare environments." Her words jumped off the pages of my resume and grabbed the reader's attention.
Not only did Amber respond promptly to my edits, she answered my questions with solutions that made sense, giving her credibility. Amber was kind, thoughtful, professional and considerate assuring me that she would do everything in her power to give me an explosive resume I would be pleased with...and she did!
Just to show how amazing my new resume is. I had applied for a Facility Coordinator position five (5) weeks before I sought help from TopResume. I had six years of pretty hardy experience in that career. My old resume got NO (zero) responses. Amber sent me my final, revised resume on Nov. 8th and I sent it out again to the same ad that day. The next day, Nov. 9th, I received an email from their corporate recruiter that they were "very impressed" with my resume and wanted a phone interview with me. My phone interview is Tues., 11/14 at 11:30am. I am very excited. I was not expecting such a speedy response.
One other thing I would like to mention is I received an email from Andrew Bennett, from TopResume asking me to give them a chance to get my resume past the gatekeepers and get me into the next round. They did a complimentary review of my resume showing me the words that would show up with ATS. My resume was very poor in this regard. I talked it over with my husband and we decided to give you a shot. I am so delighted we did. I would highly recommend TopResume to anyone looking to get a leg up in the job search arena. I am a believer. It was the best $149 I spent. Thank you TopResume!
You are amazing! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with your service.
