After $34.99 was taken out of my bank account for Fitme, something I did not approve, I contacted Fitme and spoke with several of their customer service reps and the manager. I was happily refunded my money in one and a half weeks, and received it in my bank account within 7-10 days. Thank you Fitme for your resolving this problem along with my credit union.

Avo, the AI coach was phenominal!!! I loved him! Very encouraging, informative and offered additional info to help you on your journey. Great menus. Learned a lot about protein, hormones, hydration, etc. Awesome program.

I called ASPCA Poison Control within a minute after our 6 month old, 4 lb., Toy Fox Terrier puppy, Sunflower, ingested one of my anti-anxiety pills. Dr. Lin called me back within 2-3 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic and told me to get our puppy to the emergency vet ASAP. Due to her size she said she could die from the pill she ingested. She complimented us for calling right away and said that was very good. She told me she needs to throw up the pill and get medical help ASAP. We immediately went to our Emergency Vet in Mishawaka and they took her right back and their ICU team began checking her vitals and giving her meds and IVs. She is doing okay and is staying the night at the emergency vet for observation. She has already eaten and they are getting ready to walk her. I am so thankful ASPCA Poison Control was here to help us when we needed them with quick, reliable, professional, efficient service. I would highly recommend them. Their charge is $95, but well worth it to save your pet's life.
