Went in store to return items for a refund and the staff did not take the item, asking that it be posted. Apparently, the store only does credit and not refunds, which is pretty ridiculous and not a real representation of customer service.

Baffles me that if you return goods in store you are only entitled to a store credit as opposed to a refund. Not a real reflection of customer service.
