Absolute liars who work for this company. Failed to turn up for a boiler service stating no access, then two weeks later send me a email stating I was not in. You can not even email this rubbish company.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Engineer failed to arrive today for a boiler service, help desk stated he failed to gain access, absolute rubbish, texts throughout the day stating he was in the area. I have had this service plan for 27 years and the last couple of years have been riddled with failures.
Update ##### absolute farcical company, next available date for service, eight weeks!!!!

Received damaged cool box external and internal. Email's not answered, promised replacement on first phone call, never sent. Fobbed off on second phone call, asked to send pics of damage again (four emails sent with pictures of damage)
Very poor customer service, now in the hands of PayPal.

Review of Genpower Ltd
I recently returned my pole trimmer for repair after it failed after less than one hours use. I packed the trimmer with the battery charger and battery inside the original box and returned. Pick up was fairly swift and correspondence with the company was good. The fault was diagnosed as a faulty motor and this was replaced and the trimmer returned. When I unpacked the returned box the battery was missing. I contacted Richard Roberts and informed him about the missing battery who then informed me the workshop did not receive the battery in the returned box. After a couple of emails I have basically been called a liar by this company. Beware when returning products for repair, do not send the battery with the unit, you may not get it back.
Update!!!!!
Customer service lady Rukshal contacted me and a new battery was sent to me within a week.
