Not a happy customer
You should make it clear that you are not able to return a book to the store. The staff told me they couldn’t find the item and I could not return it. I ordered the wrong book for my niece and just wanted to swap it for the right one. Very hard to return anything and I will not be buying anything from you again. Had to contact customer services and send book back. Still awaiting refund after nearly a week.
