I left my backpack accidentally on the…

I left my backpack accidentally on the platform at Heathrow as I stepped onto the Heathrow Exp. We told the nearest supervisor onboard as we moved off and he had it delivered safely on the next rain to Paddington within 15 minutes. They were cheerful, calming, extremely efficient and smiley. I was deeply impressed.

I am extremely disappointed with Kuwait…

I am extremely disappointed with Kuwait Airlines' customer service. My luggage was damaged on flight RBVQB7 (Complaint #MUCKU10651) over 7 months ago. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no resolution. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action. Very dissatisfied with the lack of response.

Flew to Cyprus on 26th June

Flew to Cyprus on 26th June. Appalling experience in Terminal 2
Only way to call it is shambolic. Took for ever with staff packing and repacking tiny plastic bags. By the time we eventually reached out hotel in Cyprus my hairdryer was missing and two of my husbands medications were also missing. Never used to be like this at the old Manchester airport. Absolutely disgusting. Can't imagine what foreign visitors think. Think they need to get their act together. The thought that we may have to fly from there again feels me with horror!!! Thank goodness the flight was good.

On jet 2 the food was soo astronomical

On jet 2 the food was soo astronomical
Bad . It olso , gave my 10 year old have a stumick ache for 4 weeks

The plane

Thay arived 6 hours late and made us sit in Finland for a mother 6 hours wich was unbelievable we didn’t get to the airport in till 4:30 AM and my 10 year old was very tired


In the airport

The luggage arrived 2 hours late and then Thay put the luggage on the conveyor belt 1 every 6 minutes


When we got home

When we got home it was about 8 am in the morning

This review is for the attentive & informative customer service from Jill in the world duty free sunglasses area.
I recently had a cataract operation & was travelling to Corfu so needed good UV protection sunglasses. I browsed for 10 minutes & asked 3 assistants who surprising to me pointed out of the area to 'sunglasses hut' as they said they would have a better range.
Looking for my husband to purchase sunglasses also we continued to browse & was approached by Jill....she was so different with a welcoming smile & started to explain the different UV in different sunglasses brands. I purchased a beautiful pair of Maui Jim & my husband had a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer.
Jill is a credit to World Duty Free & I cannot emphasise enough how professional she was even at 4am. The other staff should be taking lessons from her instead of chatting & being so unhelpful.
Thankyou for being at work that morning a week ago Jill. Our holiday was excellent & our sunglasses perfect

On Monday May 27th I began to unpack my case at my hotel in Surrey after I had flown down from Glasgow to Heathrow T5 late pm. I realised there had been a mix up with cases and I had the wrong one so immediately headed back to HT5 to try and find where my own case was, as well as returning the one i had safely back to the correct person. It was midnight by now, and i came across the BT staff on the arrivals floor who were simply not interested in helping me. They were finishing their shift soon so why would they wish to help an upset passenger ? So I was told to come back in the morning at 9am when lost property opened but they would just have been as well telling me directly they just couldn't care less. It was obvious.

So I went back down to the arrivals floor and, after walking about for a few minutes, I found a gentleman named Aatif Aslam who is the night security manager. Aatif was aware of what had happened, myself and another traveller had taken each others cases which were similar in size and appearance by accident, but the other traveller was still around as he had a tracker in his case so had tracked it on the way to Surrey and back to Heathrow. I handed the case i had back to the correct passenger, we exchanged our pleasantries, and the gent headed off.

Aatif had stored my case safely earlier, and showed a real interest in helping me. He was incredibly busy with work but advised me where to go and wait on him and he or someone would be with me within half an hour. He was as good as his word and sent his colleague John, also really helpful, to meet me and take me to my case. There was some really important belongings and equipment in my case so I was just so relieved to get it back.

Ain't gonna lie

Ain't gonna lie, Passat CC is a state-of-the-art automobile.
Recently purchased the one and now I know what I can do with it =)
I really wanna tune it, because it may turn into a real monster! Saw tons of videos, plus, it's a good vehicle for a family, cause it's 4-door sedan with comfortable seats and a lot of amenities inside.

Tom and the crew were absolutely…

Tom and the crew were absolutely incredible on the flight. They were incredibly attentive and made the journey such an enjoyable experience. There was a slight delay with Heathrow at the other end not having room for us, but they came around with complientary water and snacks and were so helpful. The Pilots and crew kept us updated and assisted the people who had transfers by trying to get information for them and also getting them off the plane first. They were professional and caring in what they did.

Special shout out to Tom who is an asset to BA! I was flying back from my 40th and they gave me a card and a bottle of fizz which made my day!

The plane was clean and we had no issues with luggage. I really appreciate all the efforts Tom, the crew and pilots went to to make this a relaxing and enjoyable flight.
