Disappointing with the business but good customer service
Was very disappointed with the GetSafe’s decision to cancel the relation with direct Lawyer insurance. The users are forced to switch directly with the lawyer insurance at a higher cost (16.5%). As I have realised that not a single company in Germany thinks about their customer, the same is going to happen here. GetSafe did not think about me but at least I got polite, and quick responses from the customer service.
