The weekend you travelled was one of the busiest of the year, with exceptionally high passenger volumes. While we aim to accommodate all bookings as scheduled, delays can occur—particularly at border control, which is managed externally and can be unpredictable due to fluctuating arrival patterns. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when passengers arrive, which can lead to congestion and adjustments in sailing allocations.
