Worst experience ever

Follow up to my original review
Although I had copies the chat transcripts, gringos tried to tell the platform that I was completing an offer for that my account didn't exist. Then my account was really closed by these guys and still hadn't gotten my money. I made my first review in January 2024, they replied to it September 2025.
It took months to get my money from them. And due to exchange rate flux and fees I lost about 50$ usd at the time $78 cad. However they always maintained i never had an account when the service i used tried confirm validation so they could pay me. Lost another $30 usd $48 cad. Meaning this company still owes me, $126 cad. My earnings should have been paid at the time of the the exchange rate within a few days.Not months because I had to wait on their attempts at deceptiveness, and they should pay me for the forty eight dollars that I lost.Because they lied to free cash.com. all and all i had the worst experience dealing with this casino ever. Their customer service is rude.

Dear 5Gringos.com it has been over a year.
Your chat support can not tell there foot from there nose, I argued for over a month. When I said that, I would report you to the gaming commission, you closed my account. I have absolutely zero trust in you. Your a scam casino. You even convinced me that there was a glitch and that I needed to make another deposit to trigger the withdrawal of funds. I actually believed this could have been the case and made a deposit. Only to get told afterwards, but i had to wager and spend the deposit to be able to take out any money. And I did, and I want more money. And still wasn't able to withdraw. I kept getting told that somebody from the back office would call me in twenty four hours. I heard the same story for a month before.I warned that I would call the gaming commission. And wouldn't you know it. You closed my account. And kept my money!
I have neither the patients or stamina to deal with a bunch of crooks.

RBC has charged me over $300 for moving…

RBC has charged me over $300 for moving exact amounts of money from my savings to checking to make purchases or withdraw. Claiming that even though your sent an SMS and the money clearly reflects on the mobile app, it wasn't infact there, so they lent you the money even though I don't have overdraft. Last night I made a deposit the same way I have been for months. Only this time the money shows up and I spent about a third to be notified 1 hour later I am in the negative that exact amount and the rest of my money is gone.

This time they claim that an Instat transfer will take 24 hours and my account will remain in the red until then.
So they took my plus amount that clearly was there and then put me in the negative, for transactions I have been doing the same way for months.

STAY AWAY

Absolutely the worst! Worst than 5gringos, zero live customer support. Email support that hasn't replied with 22 hour's, if you Google the CS phone number +5999 547 7310 it is related to at least 5 Casino's. KYC section doesn't really work. Say's to withdraw using a method used to deposit. But won't withdraw to a credit card. Wants a swift code for bank transfer but mine don't support it so no swift code. Minimum deposit is $10 so I decided to use the cryptocurrency option had to buy $15 worth of BTC to send 0.00015483 BTC Cost 2$ in network fees so actually spent $12.77 of BTC to receive 8$ worth of BTC in the casino.

Refuses to facilitate Refuses to facilitate a mobility impaired person!!a mobility…

I purchased an android 5G capable phone, on startup it took over an hour to complete, storage was 30% used - 70% available. It never recognized my fingerprint to unlock apps, and ran slower than my 3G android. I inquired a better refund explaining that I am mobile impaired. They insisted that I needed to bring it to the post office and send it that there was no way to have it picked up. Discontent but still agreeing I ordered a new phone upon its arrival I began to switch insensitive apps to the new phone and everything appeared to be fine I searched the internet so that I could probably factory reset the other phone to clear my data. I then began to reenter passwords and log into accounts and verify the IP address to the new device when I noticed that I didn't have administration rights on the new device because it hadn't completely wiped the old device and fragments of the applications remained. Which meant I needed to reboot the First new phone that I got so the IP address would register in the applications and I could make the transfer from within. After 4 hours of watching the screen turn and turn and tell me downloading and updating I powered off and put the phone away and try it again in a few hours. Extremely frustrated I called Amazon customer service back again today and made it very clear that they need to do something because I have to bring that phone now to a technician to have him go into the hard drive and extract my data. This is going to cost more than the phone is worth and Amazon refuses to do anything. I will happily return the phone but somebody needs to come and get it. It's winter time in Quebec I am mobile impaired how in the world do they expect me to get to a post office

Lost all trust

So I originally gave 3 stars, I I gave truthful information regarding interactions with sites or companies and there was no problem until. I got robbed by a company and I posted a review about it the company doesn't make their physical address available and therefore you can't take them to the better business bureau or to court. I describe the situation to a T. And trust pilot rejected it. Almost as if they were given incentive to do so. I've lost all confidence in trustpilot

5Gringos.com SCAM CASINO

Absolutely fraudulent site! You might as well just burn the money in a camp fire. Your not getting anything back out if these cyber thieves! They tell you to use the same method as you deposited to withdraw, site says please use the original method payment. WHAT THE .... canceled every time. Then they say make a new deposit using a different method and withdraw that way. They don't mention you will need to wager that deposit x1 before you can withdraw. But still won't withdraw even after you do. No customer support number. And they pretend not to know what The brick and mortar address is.

Promoting fraudulent scam and criminal websites

First offer I completed comply compromised the security of my device, accounts are getting logged into by another device while I'm on the app. Second offer was 5Gringo casino. They allow you to deposit and play, but once you try to withdraw they tell you that you have to use the same method you used to deposit, Even though that is exactly what you're doing. Then they will tell you to deposit from a different method so that you can withdraw however once you deposit you must wager that new deposit one time before being able to withdraw any of your money. And yet again they will tell you that you need to use your original method of payment even though you are doing so.

I can't believe they have 3 stars. These guys are con artist. I started an offer on November 15th followed every step. You had to sine up and deposit within the first week confirmed instantly it said. I did so the same day I got the app, made my deposit. Never confirmed and the platform I clicked the offer on says I started on the 15 but AdGate says it was the 17. Have taken them to the better Business bureau and they will not correspond through the communication platform that the BBB set up. They all around do as they please and don't Honor with they put in writing

😭 I feel like AdGate violated me.
uses offer walls as one of their tools to get their clients I suppose viewed and visible problem is when you complete an offer there's supposed to be a reward at the end, AdGate shows high payout thresholds for offers but they make sure that the offer differs on their partners wall then on their own on their own wall all the stipulations will be there on the partners wall then leave out things like not available in Ontario, I completed two offers put out by this company red and reread the requirements documented my progress provided proof in one circumstance even from the offers customer support team confirming that I was a new user, And they rejected the the reward claiming that unfortunately after their investigators completed their procedure they have decided not to award me the rewards but they have not told me what it was that I did to disqualify they gave me a list of 13 possible reasons and I went over it two and even three times and I didn't violate any one of them. The time and hours put into both was a fair amount and I was expecting a pay of just over $200 USD, when I mentioned that I was not from Ontario and from Quebec one of my offers was rejected almost immediately which makes me feel like there is prejudice going on, not only that I've taken them to the better Business bureau only to discover that they've had over 300 complaints against them in the last 12 months alone. I wouldn't use their services for anything, I don't trust them I don't feel comfortable dealing with them I feel used.I feel violated. Most definitely not a trustworthy outfit

Dealing with Logo Verse

Dealing with Logo Verse, made me feel like I was practically sitting in front of the computer screen with them as they were working on the project to create my storm logo, customer service and dealing with their team was amazing polite courteous helpful eager to help me get It just right. I had been shopping around looking for the best quality at the most reasonable price and I have to say that Logo Verse fulfilled all my needs. The design is amazing I use it everywhere My store friend my wallpaper on my phone My social media anywhere I can think of I try to get it out there I love it that much I'm absolutely pleased with the results on top of it the cost was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Logo Verse any family, It's completely stress-free I had been trying to do it on my own they took all the pressure off me told me exactly what to expect throughout the process. But I didn't just feel like a client I feel like I'm one of their close friends. If they had more stars I would give them all
