No issues ever
Never had any issues, literally the best customer support service I've ever seen.
Sure they are pricey, but you always know what you are paying for and it's worth it.

EpocCam Pro discontinued, no refunds
I spent my money on their EpocCam Pro iOS app a few years ago and now it's been discontinued. I feel scammed and want my money back - the piracy is yet again justified.

Account deletion made tedious
One has to contact really unresponsive online chat support in order to delete account, even with the free plan. A miserable experience.
