Advantage:Managers respectful to everyone as I have seen and witnessed.
Disadvantage:We have permanent workers signed with pertemps,instead of treating them as permanent workers to the company,they treat them like those coming in for just week or two and left for either different job or leave permanently.My little advice is,pls take good care of permanent workers than those casual workers.(Pls.keep permanent workers by giving them job to do than hit and run workers.)Thank you very much sir.JOSEPH.
