Disorganized and aggravating
Dealing with RONA was a real mess. A quick list of the issues I dealt with:
• A website that does a poor job of differentiating between the RONA and RONA+ stores that are blocks away from each other in my city.
• Items that were inexplicably cancelled.
• Items that didn't show up on the delivery truck (even after speaking with the store directly to ensure that they would not be missed).
• Customer service employees that couldn't/wouldn't process my returns because they didn't know how.
• Having to go to the store on three separate occasions to sort out an online delivery order.
Without a shred of hyperbole, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a retailer in my life. I'll certainly not be dealing with RONA in any capacity in the future.
