I found the online customization process very easy to do. The website experience was user-friendly (although the mobile version did shut down a few times). I LOVE quality of my journal, two notebooks, portfolio, cord, charm, and travel bag--in sum, a totally luxurious package. Shipping was SO quick--I received my order in less than a week!

It was evident that the pouches came with a white tag on the side that were sloppily cut off at some point before my order was shipped out to me. I had to use tiny scissors at home to "tidy" them up. Also, I ordered a few pouches and one of the zippers keeps jamming up. Otherwise, the Barbie font was cute.
