Awful customer service
Absolutely awful service. Ro unit which I received was missing parts. After trying to resolve the issue (numerous emails sent and ignored) over a 2 week period, they agreed to pick up the unit. Took a day off work- nobody collected the unit. After more back and forth via emails, they asked me to take the parcel to a drop off point after sending me the postage. Guess what.. they under paid the postage and evri refused to collect. Another week goes by, finally gets collected. Refund was promised last Friday- chased up on wed (coincidently then get an email saying refund being processed- funny that) a week has gone by since promised refund (3-5 days process time) and nothing. Promised a call from their accounts team- nothing. The item arrived on feb 6th and today’s March 15th. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will be sending (probably gets ignored) a complaint. Be warned guys
