The club has a ridiculous policy that parents are to stay pool side while the lesson is going on. In current busy lives we want to make most of our time. I was a member of david lloyd and my kids go to gymnastics, tennis amd no one have this policy more over we can't do any other work like replying to emails etc while at pool side as we can't use phone. This is worse than high school. Swimming instructors and lessons as such are great. I think it's time they move in to 21st century. Instructor in water and a life guard present unsure what they are going to gain by insisting parents stay .feels like penalising parents for being members of club and trying to be more productive with time.

This is my third booking with star tours.
First positives- we had Amazing Tour guide and equally friendly coach captain.
They managed the team, itinerary very well and on time.
Our guide Rishi was very organised and for ever helpful. Young but able to look after 44 passenger from so many different ages backgrounds and abilities very well .
The team worked well and been a smooth ride
Our coach Captain Dave was very patient funny and was integrating with Indian culture food and even music very well and very accommodative of the elderly. So 5 star for both of them
Negative feed back is manily for the food and quality of accommodation and its locations
Food was very similar menu every lunch and dinner except for added Non veg item in the evening .
It was greasy and at times disappointing.
We did have 2 reasonable meal that we were happy with.
Accommodation though spacious, but outdated and majority in industrial area where there is little or no scope to explore local area in the evening.often felt unsafe to step out due to isolated kind of places.
I would rate most of these accommodations 2 star, none of them had decent toiletries and last hotel didn't even have decent hot water.
Didn't have AC in any of them, one had a small fan.
No usb charging points
Some hotels had mosquitos and some had other form of bugs.
Overall the quality is 25% of what I have experienced 15 yrs ago of food and accommodation. Possibly world has moved forward and hotels are left where they were. I don't think I would be travelling again with star tours till I am confident accommodation and food quality have improved.
