Excellent service

So far, I love the red light/NIR pad. I had a problem in that. The red light stopped working, but I called customer service and they troubleshooting, had me send a video and confirmed that it was the pad issue. They sent me a new one which I just received today so I’m very excited to use it so far an excellent experience with novaalab thank you.
