Habitat Miami Table with instruction ERRORS!

Habitat Miami Table, white. Unfortunately the instructions had errors, example to locate the 20mm pad, 3,5mm from each edge, impossible should be 35mm or 3.5cm. Non of the screws or dowels had identification letters, which we had to do prior to the assembly!! Many or the holes drilled had to be redone as they were not deep enough, which added time to the assembly. The bracket fastener instruction where incorrect, so they had to be switched, if you had worked to the sketch the longer screw would have protruded the leg face. Fortunately being a Design Engineer I was able to spot these errors. Habitat needs to check the instructions for this Table Assembly. Would not recommend this MIAMI table for the average person.

I cannot believe my luck with the…

I cannot believe my luck with the service engineer who serviced my boiler.
Policy Number - 504533

On the 11/08/22 a Corgi Boiler Engineer serviced my boiler. I mentioned that the En-suit radiator was not working efficiently as there was air trapped in the radiator, which was a result of the radiator not being bled correctly last year, to which the engineer said he was the engineer the year before. I was on the phone when the engineer left, so I quickly asked him had he done the radiator , which he replied yes.
Later I checked the radiator and the radiator was cold, again not working.
I contacted your service help desk to explain that the radiator had not been fixed correctly. The member of staff suggested I pay £60 excess fee to get this fixed
He also explained if I attempted to bleed the radiator myself, the service agreement would be invalid, which is incorrect, fortunately all calls are recorded so Corgi can check this out.
I pay £132 a year for this service, the engineer had failed to fix the problem on the last two visits, other engineers before, have bleed the radiator as part of the service contract.

I am not happy with this situation, my complaint is that this should not have happened , having paid corgi as part the service contract.

Skoda Bristol what are you doing wrong??

Skoda Bristol what are you doing wrong.
Please read your trustpillot reviews.
I was quoted initially the incorrect price see item 3, here is what they said.

Karen has kindly sent me your email, please let me help you with the points below.
1, My cambelt service was scheduled to take four hours, it took over seven. I rang up at 12pm to the check on the progress. I was told is was in the garage, well it initially went in first thing in the morning, I asked why the delay? the answer was they had to do an adjustment? When you change a cambelt you align the manufactures top dead centre to avoid adjustment, could you please investigate and get back to me.
• The book time for the 1.5tsi cambelt as per skoda workshop manual is 5.8 hrs. as to why you’ve been quoted 4 I do not know, ill follow up with the contact enter. The vehicle came in about 9.30, so that’s nearly 4.30 for completion, we did need to adjust the timing slightly however, so we needed to partially strip back down to do this. Hence the vehicle being ready nearer 5
2, I was asked if I wanted a valet, which included a wash and vacuum. No vacuuming was done. Again, could you please investigate and get back to me.
• The vehicle was pulled off the valet bay to do the cambelt, and neglected to put back on for vaccum. For this I apologise.
3, Initially back in October 2022 I was informed a cambelt change would coast £900, I challenged the price as this was very expensive, the answer was there a lot of work to be done, hence the cost. Later this year I was then told it would be around £500! so I booked the car in for the replacement cambelt. I spoke to one of your staff about the price issue, but never got back to me. Could you please investigate and get back to me.
• This is before the car was on fixed pricing for 1.5tsi engines, so skoda largely reduced the price of this in line with other models/engines
4, When I first booked my car in, I was told by a young male member of staff, that all service staff were unavailable, so I left a phone number, but no one phoned back, I did mention this later, but no one got back to me. Again, could you please investigate and get back to me.
• Ill follow up with the team, see what happened and we will address and ensure messages are passed on correctly
Apologies your experience did not meet your expectations, I hope we have an opportunity to right this in the future. NOTE Nothing has been done!!!
