This company is a waste of time, I dealt with Branislav who tells you one thing and does another, he will only respond to emails when it suits him to do so!

Waste of Time

I have ordered plenty items from this company over the years without any issues then recently they sent me an item which I never even ordered in the first place then when I told them it was not fit for purpose and requested it to be collected they refunded my account minus the collection fee!

Complete waste of time this lot and we definitely will never be dealing with them again!

I have been sent an incorrect product which I am not happy with and do not require, I need it collected from my address and a full refund to my account asap please!

RE Terrible Customer Service

A DFS service manager sent us a text on the morning of the day he was meant to arrive to fix our recliner to say he is unwell today!

Therefore why can the service manager not come to our address today, Thursday or Friday this week as the recliner is not usable and it definitely must be fixed this week!

We have now cancelled the direct debit in favour of V12 Retail Finance and this will not be reinstated until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved!

Indeed if the recliner is not repaired by the end of this week then we require a full refund from DFS and the recliner must be removed from our premises, we will charge DFS storage for each and every after Friday this week that the recliner remains on our premises!
