Sent him the specs and some photos and got back immediately with a quote along with some advice

Very responsive!

Started a contract with Yu Energy this week and they've been insanely helpful & responsive getting everything up & running!

Submitted a ticket to request a smart meter installation & they called back within 5 minutes! You don't get this level of service with any of provider I've ever used (practically impossible to speak to a human!)

If someone goes to the effort of explaining how positive their interaction with an energy company was, I think that speaks volumes!
