AndaSeat Sales and Service Review
I was able to get $30 off the X-Air mesh chair using a discount code, so I ended up paying $359.34 after tax. I received the chair about a month after placing the order. They kept me informed once the order was shipped. I had an issue with the chair and reached out to AndaSeat Support about 10 days after I received the chair to report it. My bottom and left thigh (likely sciatic nerve irritation) were in pain after sitting in the chair, so they offered to send me a Natural Bamboo Charcoal Seat Mat to help. I’m currently awaiting the seat mat, and hopefully that will take care of the pain. AndaSeat Support responded to my initial request relatively quickly (the next business day), so I appreciate their responsiveness and desire to help me achieve satisfaction with their product. Still, I am apprehensive of their return policy because customers are responsible for shipping fees unless the refund is due to quality faults (these are likely things like major defects in the functionality of gas piston, armrests, backrest recline, and casters).
