Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. I waged £70 over about two weeks and I had a win off £112. I tried to withdraw and they suspended my account and later closed it for security concerns not providing an actual reason. I spoke with live chat and they was extremely rude and closed the chat on me. I recommend using another provider, I signed up with Heart Bingo and since won more in 1 game than I have from 2 weeks at sky.

Absolute criminals

Absolute criminals. My bus was 110 minutes late to my destination, they said if it was 120 minutes I would have been entitled to a refund! Absolute joke, scum! Avoid at all cost!

Wouldn’t bother

Wouldn’t bother. Opened an account, they kept asking me to top up my account. The second I put money in, my account is blocked ‘pending verification’ said it would take 2-4 days and has been two weeks now.
Their customer service is absolutely shocking. I bet anyone a million pounds they will comment on this post and say “we’re so sorry, please message us” but they won’t respond to that message.

STAY WELL AWAY, THERE IS SO MUCH BETTER OPTIONS THAN THESE SCAMMERS
