This company is a joke

Another absolute farce from Vinted. Sent an item (i have sold 400). The buyer claims the packaging was empty yet totally undamaged. Vinted say unless i can prove and provide photographic evidence i am lying and not liable for my money. How can i provide photos of an item already sent. Seeing i hsve sold 400 items and only have positive feedback why would i wrap nothing and post an enpty package. Just another of this dodgy ass company stealing my money. They refuse to send their legal terms or conditions. Refuse to help buyers or sellers but gladly take "buyer insurance" which insures NOBDOY. UTTER JOKE AGAIN !!!!!

So disappointed - taste awlful

I am so disappointed. Paid the cost of a 10 day food shop for a 3 day cleanse. Arrived frozen all ok but the juices are disgusting.
Green one is ok but made my mouth mega tingly and itchy.
Carrot and berry are disgusting and theres noway i can drink them. The berry is the worst thing i have ever tasted.

Charcole tastes like 50g of sugar and so so sweet.

The Hydro one is the only drinkable one. Even the shot tastes the same.
So they all basically have this nasty aftertaste and all taste very simlar except the hydro.

Massive waste of money as i cant even drink them. Also even after half a bottle i felt so dizzy, lightheaded and shaking (assume its all the sugar). These will stay in my freezer until i die as i cant drink them :(

Arrived leaking and very warm despite being advised it had been cancelled

I placed an order and Scoff couldnt fullfill the delivery date so cancelled and cancelled my subscription. Informed by Scoff it had been cancelled
So imagine my suprise when DPD left me a scoff parcel. I couldnt reject as it was left. So i opened it. Full of very warm meals with zero ice blocks just some paper around them and 3 very very warm leaking porridge pots. I dont imagine this is safe for human consumption being in a box with zero chill blocks for 2 days.

I'd be very very wary of using the food or the company. I have emailed them again regarding this

Zero support for buyers or sellers

This app is an utter joke. There is zero protection either as a seller or buyer.
Items dont arrive and you are forced to wait 8 weeks for a refund despite delivery companies saying you should be refunded.
No support as a seller either. Yup its cheap to sell but is it worth it as most of the time you loose your money and or the item.
Really dont recommend the app unless you are selling things for £1 and dont mind loosing them or not getting paid. Had multiple issues recently. Items arrived significantly not as described and you have to pay return postage and fight for your money.

Return lost - crocs refusing to refund both pairs of returned shoes

Returned items 18 days ago via royal mail. Items never been delivered back to crocs. Contacted them and they are refusing to help even though two pairs of shoes sent back to them. Customer service rude on online chat and just ended the chat on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Have raised a claim with royal mail as you owe me money for returned goods.

SCAM. Do not give these cowboys money. On a charge back from my bank with an order which never arrived. Now 6 weeks on no order no replies to emails. Utter joke

Refuse to replace faulty pre workout

Been shopping with women’s best for years and will not be using them again. Order preworkput and have been for years, my last order one of them is rock hard and has set into a brick so I clearly can’t use it. Contacted customer service and they told me yeah it’s got moisture in it I suggest you store it differently. It was like this when I took the seal off! So spent £30 on an off wet preworkout that’s going in the bin. Company won’t refund or replace. The fact I’ve been shopping with them since 2018 and am a gold member on the rewards programme, complained twice in 7yrs, today about the off preworkout and last year about an off protein powder and they will not help or refund. I have already started to buy all my protein from elsewhere so I will now also never buy from them again. Disgusting customer service, I would avoid and use another supplier.

Again no update until 10mins before…

Again no update until 10mins before arrival. No alternative to change date or leave safe. Again dumped with a neighbour! Worst delivery company there is

I wish you wouldnt leave parcels

Revised as the company had sent to the wrong address not Yodels fault but if you didnt leave with neighbours which isnt my preferance parcels sent to the wrong address would correctly be returned to the sender not lost forever.

Having used this firm for four years…

Having used this firm for four years things started to go downhill when I was palmed off onto Sally to deal with me, to the point I have now blocked the emails. I emailed in September, December, January and only received any reply on 22nd February. Considering this company are doing my business accounts this is disgusting. I was advised to swap to LTD company which has ended up costing me thousands. Charged £380 to set up when other accountants only charge £180. But having lost my mum and the majority of the income from work Sally has been the rudest, most unemphatetic person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was told my books needed to be submitted in January or I would be fined for late submission (they are due to be filed by 11th Nov 2024) but no replies as I have said to ANY emails. Zero regard for my personal circumstances when they bothered to reply last week. Requested numerous times how to pay and how much, Long story short I have moved accountants to one who is friendly and a 1/4 of the price. I recommended this firm to lots of work colleagues, One of which was left in tears after dealing with Sally and I wish I hadn't recommended them to anybody.

However I would refute these comments. Our office manager Sally has always acted in a professional manner.

The facts are that acting on your requirements we set up a limited company and charged £180 including VAT for the services which you paid. We had also agreed a monthly fee of £100 including VAT for the ongoing company services and issued to you our direct debit form for completion. Despite numerous phone calls and emails chasing for the completed form and requesting for other information e.g. Company Unique Tax Reference number this information was not forthcoming.
