Refuse to replace faulty pre workout

Been shopping with women’s best for years and will not be using them again. Order preworkput and have been for years, my last order one of them is rock hard and has set into a brick so I clearly can’t use it. Contacted customer service and they told me yeah it’s got moisture in it I suggest you store it differently. It was like this when I took the seal off! So spent £30 on an off wet preworkout that’s going in the bin. Company won’t refund or replace. The fact I’ve been shopping with them since 2018 and am a gold member on the rewards programme, complained twice in 7yrs, today about the off preworkout and last year about an off protein powder and they will not help or refund. I have already started to buy all my protein from elsewhere so I will now also never buy from them again. Disgusting customer service, I would avoid and use another supplier.
