Tumble Dryer
Tumble Dryer - 3 different engineers over a 6 month period to resolve what should be a simple problem. Change the power cord as a solution to burning, tripping the electricity to the house? Give me a break, I swapped the plug to prove it wasn't a "melted plug" after previously been told "its the heater that needs changing". Oh and by the way it might take a month to fix before we'd even consider replacing the dryer.
Here's my advise to people - If you can live without an appliance for days/weeks then D&G might be worth persevering with. My suggestion, save the money you would pay so you can replace your appliance when you need it. They don't care how long you're without an important appliance, and they don't even care if you are unhappy and ask to leave. They've had about as much money as they're EVER going to get from me.
Here's my advise to D&G - hire proper engineers who aren't inept, and also get your customer care team to actually start caring
