Terrible!!! - item rook ages to arrive, when it did arrive it was poor quality (material and craftsmanship) and not as shown on the website. Tried to return, went back and forth with them as returns need to go back to Asia and therefore they will only offer a 15% return amount to cover postage costs. Then they refused to pay at all saying it had gone past the 30 days, even though the process had begun before the 30 days - avoid this company at all costs!!

Neel was very helpful in helping me to resolve a missing parcel issue. Was quick to resolve, kept a track and followed up.
