Genoa Luxury Apartment - Zen Properties - Avoid!

We booked a weeks long stay in Genoa through Airbnb under the listing Zen Apartments: Luxury Attic with Seaview.

I would recommend that anyone considering a stay in the Genoa area avoid this property, as well as booking through Airbnb. After our stay, it is glaringly clear that the 7 five star reviews are either friends of the property owner or Zen apartments.

We ended up filing a dispute with the host who, in short, is a professional gas lighter that lacks any real basic understanding on how to run a business. Unfortunately, Airbnb works from the same playbook as Zen Apartments, so we were not able to find any resolution.

I'm sure Chase (Visa) will be more than capable of accommodating our request for a full refund...the fight is not over, it's just getting started.

Review of SnoreRx

SnoreRX SnorePro Same Company Same SCAM

I suspect that SnoreRX is the same “entity” as SnorePRO and has ties to all the other anti-snoring devices that are pumped through Instagram. My experience is relatively the same as others on Trustpilot; company that lures in consumers with a 30-day “risk-free” trial then “backtracks” when a request for return is submitted, offering a 40% discount to keep the device. When I said no thank you, down comes the hammer with “we do not accept returns on personalized products” Huh? I didn’t buy a monogrammed bath robe, I purchased a medical device. Well, that’s just fine SnoreRx, SnorePro or whoever you are. The next call I make is to Visa and trust me when I tell you, my refund is on its way.

Review of Wellue

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Horrible Experience

Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

My complaint is with the arduous return process, not the equipment. I have, to date (9/11/23), sent (3) requests to Wellue customer service to have the machine returned under Wellue’s 30-day return policy. The first request I sent Wellue was met with “Is the machine broken to why don’t you like it?” etc. Fair enough. I responded with my BIPAP was a more accurate form of therapy and that I wanted to return the machine. The next email I received from Wellue was to sell me a BIPAP machine, which I declined because I already own a BIPAP machine. The third email I received from Wellue was a request to take a picture of the machine, carrying case and accessories. I was then asked if I would keep the machine if they made me a “good” price. Strange. Just strange, that a medical device company would operate like some 3rd world street vendor selling knock off Gucci bags. My next phone call is to Visa, as I fully intend to dispute this purchase…and guess what Wellue…I’ll win that one.
