I have been buying jewellery from Auree for over three years and have always been delighted with their products. When my friend lost a butterfly in Rome on a weekend visit, Auree sent me a free replacement! Very impressive and we are ofcourse very grateful for that level of service.

I was surprised and disappointed to receive an online order of an electrical appliance (coffee grinder), with no outer packaging/box.
Just the product box with an address label slapped on! Box was dented, corners scuffed and parts of it cut/pushed-through. I won't be ordering online from Currys again.
