The process was well explained

The process was well explained, easily navigated and reassurance emails/steps were issued throughout. Timings were given for actions, these were met and in some cases bettered. There were no hidden fees and all quotes were upfront. Exceptional service. Thank you

Ellis Turner was cheerful and very…

Ellis Turner was cheerful and very helpful from the start.
He covered and explained the offer well, although I can't remember a cabin upgrade being discussed. (We elected for the Suite MB grade) I suspect there wasn't an upgrade available from this grade. Overall a good experience and we look forward to the cruise in Oct 2026.

Luke was Professional

Luke was knowledgeable, receptive and advised me on the cruise experience admirably. There were a few unknowns, however, when booking 18 months in advance this was to be expected.
