Ellis Turner was cheerful and very helpful from the start.
He covered and explained the offer well, although I can't remember a cabin upgrade being discussed. (We elected for the Suite MB grade) I suspect there wasn't an upgrade available from this grade. Overall a good experience and we look forward to the cruise in Oct 2026.
