Super fast delivery and great product which worked well for our party (so much so we bought a second pack!) some pieces were harder to connect than others (and take apart) we managed in the end without breaking any pieces. Overall a great buy.
Very straightforward process and after looking around, found it was the best price for the style of bed. Arrived very quickly and was easy to put together. Excellent as has sprung slats. Very pleased with experience overall.

rubbish. Ordered a rebound net and bag, took over three weeks and had to chase several times. Ended up eventually getting half the order and a refund on missing item (not a refund on delivery which would have been a nice goodwill gesture under the circumstances). won't use again.

Excellent delivery service from Gareth and Duncan especially as items were very large and heavy. They called ahead, were extremely helpful and professional and explained everything about aftercare. Very pleased with the delivery and installation service and delighted with the sofa! Thank you

We placed an order for a bed frame. The dispatch date came and went, the order wasn't updated or dispatched. After unsatisfactory customer service (which is akin to dealing with AI) we were eventually told there was no specific date able to be given for the dispatch. At this point we cancelled and were told a refund would come in the 3-10 business days. It's now been nearly 20 business days and no refund has appeared. Definitely do not recommend his company with poor business practices. Have no idea about the quality of the products as have not received any but recommend going to a shop to try a mattress before buying and buying in UK as this company is not UK based so makes getting the products and refund of monies even harder! avoid.
