Friendly and efficient staff members. That's twice in a matter of weeks I have used Ramsdens at the Nook for my currency and both times excellent service. This time Michelle was dead helpful, gave advice on other services and a useful insurance addition to help protect my money. Would definitely recommend

Went into Ramsdens at the Nook, South Shields and was attended to by Helen who gave an excellent customer experience. She offered me the chance to take out a multi currency card which I accepted and was given a better rate than a nearby travel agent. She loaded my card with cash and gave me a full explanation on how to use. Was in and out the shop in less than 15 minutes. Brilliant service will definitely use this service again.

Don't often go in Northern threads even though it's on my doorstep. Have to say they do a great sale (50%) off the full price and most sizes available. I got a half price MA Strum overshirt that caught my eye and the shop owner advised on the better fitting size between the large and medium. Defo recommend this place also the shop is worth a visit as the website pictures don't do some products justice. Good work lads.

I would give this review zero stars if it was possible. Just recently returned from a wonderful weekend in Liverpool (19th August) to receive a random letter on 6th September saying I have a £60 parking fine for overstaying the ticket type.
The signage in the car park clearly states to pay upon exit. When I left the car park I typed in my vehicle registration and the total owed was displayed as £2. I paid what the machine told me with my debit card and the total deducted from my bank account. I have provided proof of this to the company along with a photo of the car park payment signage. In a matter of minutes they rejected my appeal. I returned a further email stating I will be happy to pay any additional parking fees but can't be responsible for the amount shown on the machine due for payment.
I have terrible mental health at this moment and this is causing me severe undue stress. I am already seeking legal advice I receive through my bank. I am also constructing an email to Martin Lewis to see if he can advise on this because I am adamant this is a scam and out of order.
