If I could give a zero I would have done
Thought I was buying a top up voucher from THREE - clearly not as one month on they have taken another £20 from my account - they say the automatic renewal was ticked after my purchase - I know 100% that I did not do this
Total fraudsters - who knows if I will get my money back - DO NOT go anywhere near this scamming company

Cancelled my health insurance giving 4…

Cancelled my health insurance giving 4 weeks notice before renewal - was advised by Saga operative to email to cancel which I didn’t- also cancelled direct debit
Lo and behold - one month later I receive a “welcome” pack - in the post and by email. Immediately contacted Saga to be told that the renewal amount would be refunded - in around 10:days.
Shocking - absolutely shocking.

I placed my order over a week ago

I placed my order over a week ago. I am still waiting for the sweets I ordered. The link to contact on the website does not work. The WhatsApp number is invalid - there is no reply to any emails I have sent.
This seems to be a bogus company. It is one big scam.
Currently I am considering the small claims court which might be the only way to recoup my money although my guess would be that the scammers have already left the country! Wish I’d read the previous reviews before parting with my money
