Absolute garbage.
10 minutes late for parking after a walk and some lunch out.
£100 for being 10 minutes late back to a car park that was almost empty and not like people were waiting to park up.
You can absolutely not get through to a person to talk to them about the fine, you are passed around a circus of options to press and not one of them puts you through to someone to speak to. You can appeal by email eventually and they do look at it for you. The lack of personal interaction is garbage. This is purely to make money from people as the condition of the car park was very poor...pot holes and half a large rocky/ gravel area.
Be very careful with this company indeed.

Easy to hop over to France and back. We got there early and was offered an earlier crossing each time saving us at least an hour each way. Easy to drive on/off the train itself and very clear instructions when on board.
Good facilities in the waiting areas and there's even a special pets area and dog walking zone if you're taking pets!
The train is very fast and smooth.
Very good positive experience all round.

Good experience today at Fox Valley, nonprices on the items i purchased vut Carmen and Pat went the extra mile to solve the issue.

Also became a GoOutdoors member and saved money too!
