Fantastic experience with the Nook team. From initial enquiry; ordering; questions and follow up; and installation - the whole process was smooth and easy.

The sauna itself is awesome and works perfectly. Takes ~30 mins to heat up and holds heat well. Good quality and well constructed.

Only reason I am giving 4 stars is a personal preference on size. Whilst it may be convenient for some that the saunas are compact, I find that the 3 person sauna is too small and would only fit 2 comfortably. I also find it impossible to lay down on the bench.

Ordered dumbbells and racks. Other than no instructions for putting together the racks, they are pretty good. The hex dumbbells are of pretty good quality and am happy enough with these.

It was a shame that one pair of dumbbells was missing, however after speaking with Amy, they have been sent out immediately.

Side note - this is my second purchase through Alphago and Amy has been great to deal with both times.
