A lot of the jobs opportunities, but after applying for the job, no one even called or responded by email, about status of the application!?!?!? What is going on with employers and recruiters!?
No respect to candidates and no chance to get a job what is a perfect match for me!?

Jobs opportunity outdated in some cases, not matching profile and description. After applying for the jobs, responses from employers/recruiters are about 20%, the rest applications going into nowhere.
Indeed. com working much better and efficient than Monster.
