Would give no stars if I could. Even though I sized up after reading the masses of positive reviews on their website, the shoes were too small. As stated in other reviews, the returns process is ridiculously complicated. In the end I didn’t bother returning them, just cut my losses, as it was going to cost me £35 to return a £60 pair of shoes with no guarantee of a refund. DO NOT buy from this company!! They are not interested in giving you a positive experience, just want your money.
