Purchased items online which have never been received. Emails have been ignored and phone rings out. Have phoned 12 times and managed to speak to someone who fobbed me off and said he would call back. No call back received. Accepted this as a scam now.
Experience so far is poor. Items take far too long to be delivered and like me, if you buy several items, nothing will be delivered until all items are available. 6 weeks delivery for a bed is too long. Emails aren’t answers particularly quickly either. I wouldn’t recommend this company on this basis and I won’t be purchasing again.
