Absolutely the best food you can give your Feline Companion. Pure meat. Nothing else. Mine were always hungry two hours after eating canned supermarket food. Now they’re completely satisfied.

Best quality pure meat. No additives. No bulking agents. No ‘recovered’ meat. My 3 cats now have glossy coats. They enjoy their food and they’re no longer hungry again after two hours. As they always were on supermarket tins which were very poor quality and bulked out with rubbish. My cats deserve the best. So do yours. Isn’t that what a good owner does?

Natalie was very helpful bearing in mind that I didn’t know the correct name of the special large digital display unit I use because I’m visually impaired. Great that Octopus provides this with no hassle to get one. And as mine has died she’s arranging a replacement. A little disappointed that it will take 2 weeks to arrive though. I’m on a very low income so I have to be very careful only use appliances at the cheapest times.

Initially ok but as time went on the information about ancestors was not updated. So I kept getting the same information which I had already applied. Customer service very hit and miss. Creating the tree was fraught with difficulties. Not able to move people around or correct mistakes so I abandoned the whole thing and gave up.

Nothing wrong with the products or prices but this was a one off purchase for Christmas and I’ve been plagued with weekly emails ever since. So I’ve had to unsubscribe.

Weird name but brilliant company. Nick Edwards the Sales Specialist walked me through the process and I landed a Kilburn electric riser/recliner with a built in massager and heating facility at a bargain price. The chair is absolutely wonderful and has significantly improved my quality of life. I couldn’t get into, let alone get out of, my ordinary chair. I’m housebound and bedbound with Very Severe M.E. and being confined to my hospital bed 24/7 was getting me down. With my new chair alongside I can spend more time in that and it feels like I have more of a ‘normal’ life. The guys who delivered my chair all the way from Abergavenny, Paul and Rhys, were lovely and the lady back in Bristol who answered my query was similarly helpful and friendly. A very ethical trustworthy company highly recommended.

I’ve never dealt with JL before my perception being that you had to be rich to buy their products. However I had accumulated sufficient points via Barb as a member of their tv research panel to be able to acquire a much-needed heated throw. I have Very Severe ME and thermal deregulation so I’m constantly cold. I was lucky to be able to buy a ‘luxury’ throw which looks and feels lovely. It has a good range of temperatures and a choice of heating durations with automatic cutoff. All very important. Setup was relatively easy. Delivery quick. Very pleased all round.

I used Legacy Wills for an updated version. The process was extremely easy and straightforward. The people I talked to explained my queries patiently and fully. A very pleasant hassle free experience. Great price. So relieved I didn’t have to find £350 p/h for a high street solicitor. Documents are well presented and arrived promptly.

The driver left my package just inside the doo which was great because he didn’t disturb me. But more importantly, it was easily accessible. Very important because I’m confined to a power chair, it take an age to get to the door & open it, and I’m visually impaired, so I can’t see the packages!!

I’m thrilled that Change.org has taken up the cause of Millie who is desperately ill with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis in Lancaster Hospital. The hospital is acting shamefully and heartlessly in their One Size Fits All approach. She’s experiencing harm and could well die as a consequence. We need an organisation such as Change.org with the clout to push for recognition of our devastating multi system chronic lifelong neurological disability which is caused by major trauma. And also to call out inhumane attitudes pervading workers of whatever status in the NHS.

Got to be the best quality cat food on the market. Pure meat and nothing else. No fillers/bulking agents like grains. Real meat. Not animal derivitives?? ! Transition from supermarket junk was achieved in 1 day. They form a crowd to wait for mealtimes. Bowls licked clean. Nothing left behind. Only switched 3 weeks ago and already their fur is soft and glossy.Excellent customer support. Easy to dispense into their bowls. Fantastic that all packaging is recyclable and ecofriendly. Probably only 10 days between signing up and receiving router and then engineer completing installation. He offered to connect my laptop which was great. But he didn’t succeed. I tried after he left and he hadn’t thought to connect the Ethernet!! Really??
I’m amazed. It would have been 5 stars had he not let himself down at the last minute. Goes to prove I’m more tech savvy than I thought!

Reasonably quick delivery. Very good quality packaging. Highest quality ingredients. All natural, traditional herbal medicines. Ideal for me because I don’t trust allopathic medicines. I’m using Active Move to treat extreme levels of muscular and joint pain because of Fibromyalgia. Doctor prescribed ibuprofen 400mg 4x daily and paracetamol 500mg 3x daily. Took maximum dosage of 2 tablets of both medications every time, every day and they didn’t even scratch the surface. I was also concerned about the high level of potency I was ingesting every day.
Drugs fail. Herbs and aromatherapy oils are the most effective and safest treatments for my major chronic longstanding disabilities - Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia.
