I’ve never dealt with JL before my perception being that you had to be rich to buy their products. However I had accumulated sufficient points via Barb as a member of their tv research panel to be able to acquire a much-needed heated throw. I have Very Severe ME and thermal deregulation so I’m constantly cold. I was lucky to be able to buy a ‘luxury’ throw which looks and feels lovely. It has a good range of temperatures and a choice of heating durations with automatic cutoff. All very important. Setup was relatively easy. Delivery quick. Very pleased all round.
