Some confusion over delivery times

Some confusion over delivery times, but the delivery duo were very fast bringing the mattress into my flat.

Not scammers, just really badly organised

Ordered divan bed base from Divan Bed Warehouse. They use a sister delivery company, Zenith Delivery Network. Zenith Delivery Network sent delivery date via email (will deliver on Saturday), asked to confirm, agreed. Then they sent another delivery date via email (will deliver Tuesday). I did not agree to the new delivery date as I wanted to know what happened to the previous delivery date that was agreed and confirmed. No replies to my emails whatsoever and one email bounced. Then on Tuesday I get a call from a mobile to say they will deliver the bed in 5 minutes. I said that I didn't know they were going to deliver the bed today. Thankfully, I was in and could take the delivery. Zenith Delivery Network are really badly organised and lack communication and customer service skills. Answer customer emails, don't just ignore them!

Badly organised, complete disorder and confusion

Ordered heavy-duty divan bed base. They use a sister delivery company, Zenith Delivery Network. Zenith sent delivery date via email (deliver on Saturday), asked to confirm, agreed. Then a day later, they sent another delivery date via email (deliver on Tuesday). I sent numerous emails asking what was going on. No replies whatsoever, and one email I sent bounced. I did not agree to the new delivery date as I wanted to know what happened to the previous delivery date that was agreed and confirmed. Then on Tuesday I get a call from a mobile to say they will deliver the bed in 5 minutes. I said that I didn't know they were going to deliver the bed today. Thankfully, I was in and could take the delivery. I had to assemble the bed myself as the room was not ready. The bed itself seems fine, although a bit flimsy for a heavy-duty divan base.
