Great range of products with clear descriptions and recommendations. The whole house water filter system is well made and very easy to fit. Looks very neat in my cupboard under the stairs. Can already tell the difference in the quality of the water. All in all very impressed with the product and the company. Thank you!
Review of Dancovershop
Great range of products and very quick despatch. I've purchase 2 awnings - 1 with remote control and 1 manual. Both are excellent products however I was surprised when the first one arrived to find it was totally self assembly. I found it easy enough to assemble but feel a lot of people would struggle so would advise that the words Self Assembly should appear on the product pages on the website. The second one arrived just as quickly and again was self assembly but not a surprise this time! The courier - UPS - was not very good as they did not deliver the goods on the day they stated and rearranged the date arbitrarily after I had waited in on the day they originally stated so not impressed with the courier chosen. I am impressed with the customer service from Dancover as I had to contact them about a missing part for the first awning and they responded and acted upon it very quickly - 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars for the fact that self assembly is not made clear on the website

thank you for the fine review and positive feedback - in general. We are sorry about the courier not meeting the expectations, but in general, they do an excellent job. We will take your suggestion about a mark with 'Self Assembly' up for consideration, but to be honest, we have believed that it was obvious as almost anything today comes as flat packed for the receiver to assemble. There is also the matter with cost freights if the packages were larger. But you may have a point - thank you!
